Jesus got his authority, wisdom, knowledge, and power from God or inherently possessed and reflected this in His teachings and actions (miracles and mingling with all levels of society. He does not need to leverage his weight because of his position like CEO, king, etc nor wealth nor qualifications that he possessed to gain respect; instead, gain respect from what he said and do. He taught and shared with humility and truth.
