Daniel 6:16-28, NIV
God executes His order for Daniel to be thrown into the lion’s den as decree and wish him that His God would protect him from the lions. The king cannot sleep whole night and went to see Daniel first thing in the morning. Daniel told him that his God has sent an angel to protect him. King Darius was so touched that he asked all people on earth to praise Daniel’s God
