Listen to God

In Psalm 32:8-9 importance of listening to God, do not be controlled by bit and bridle; go to God voluntarily rather than being forced.

God speak through Dr Charles Stanley on 29-09-2020 on Youtube. This arises from my research on listening.

Trust God on what he tell you; remember he has your best interests at heart for He is a God of love and justice-Ed, 29-09-2020.

His voice is clear, specific, usually a whisper, consistent with His Word. A plan for you.

Restlessness may be an indication that he is speaking to you.

Have a listening heart and obey; that is real trust in him. Do not be afraid on what he will say. God is a God of love; wants the best for your life. Do not waste one more second. Listening and obedience would lead to power and purpose in your life.

If you do not listen to God, you listen to the wrong voice and got deceived and miss God’s best for you.

If you do not listen to God, you have deprive yourself, your children, relatives and friends of your best.

A listening servant. Leads to peace, power, wisdom, purpose in my life, and HAVE REAL CONVICTION THAT GOD IS REAL TO ME. Nothing in my life should hinder me from moving forward. Remember that I cannot take anything with me when I leave this earth and I want to be at that heavenly banquet.

Psalms 32:8-11
[8]The Lord says, “I will teach you the way you should go; I will instruct you and advise you.
[9]Don’t be stupid like a horse or a mule, which must be controlled with a bit and bridle to make it submit.”
[10]The wicked will have to suffer, but those who trust in the Lord are protected by his constant love.
[11]You that are righteous, be glad and rejoice because of what the Lord has done. You that obey him, shout for joy!

Proverbs 3:5-11
[5]Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Never rely on what you think you know.
[6]Remember the Lord in everything you do, and he will show you the right way.
[7]Never let yourself think that you are wiser than you are; simply obey the Lord and refuse to do wrong.
[8]If you do, it will be like good medicine, healing your wounds and easing your pains.
[9]Honour the Lord by making him an offering from the best of all that your land produces.
[10]If you do, your barns will be filled with grain, and you will have too much wine to be able to store it all.
[11]When the Lord corrects you, my child, pay close attention and take it as a warning.
