My reflections on the God I learnt from the Bible is:

– a loving and understanding God
– a Holy God who tolerates no sins
– a God of Justice
– a universal powerful God
– He was there in the beginning with Jesus and the Holy Spirit
– He has no beginning nor ending; he is everlasting
– He is our Creator and Heavenly Father
– He delights us in seeking him, praise and worship him in spirit and in truth, and to have faith in him
– He is our Heavenly Father and a friend who can be trusted and depended on;
– He is strong, able to carry our burdens if we turn them over to him;
– He always WIN; he never fails
– He provides us with statutes and commandments on how we should live and be fully blessed
– His ways are higher than our ways

What the Bible says?

Genesis 1:1 “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
John 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
Psalm 102:25 “In the beginning, you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands.”
Exodus 3:6 “Then he said, “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob.”
Matthew 22:32 “I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? He is not the God of the dead but of the living.”
Psalm 14:1-4 “The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one. Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.”
