Isaiah 59:9-21
Map: no justice, God’s people had turned their backs on God, no justice in the land, offences against God are many, righteousness stands at a distance vs 14. Truth is nowhere to be found, and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey vs 15. The Lord looked and was displeased that there was no justice vs 15. God will fix this situation.
