God the Potter is so great and mighty that we (clay) should have an attitude of humilty and gratitude (as adopted sons and daughters of Him thru Christ). Daniel 5:18-29…even the greatest kingdom is given by God (vs 19); vs 20, this gift can be stripped…; vs 22…should be humbled before the Sovereign God; v 23…not wise to dishonour God…has severe consequences-fear and love Him, worship and serve Him only. Honour God and you will be honoured-in that sequence.
