describes the greatness of God…outside time, space…hides himself vs 15…created the heavens…fashioned and made the earth vs 18..to be inhabited…there is no other…foretold this long…a righteous God and a Saviour vs 21…turn to me and be saved…(Jesus speaking?)…vs 23…Before me every knee will bow…every tongue will swear…vs 24…the LORD alone are righteousness and strength…
