Mark 16:15-18

15. He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.

16. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

17. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues;

18. they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”

1 John 5:18-20…anyone born of God does not continue to sin…the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true…

1 John 5:16-17…All wrongdoing is sin, and there is sin that does not lead to death vs 17.

1 John 5:1-12

…born of God. .love for Hod: to obey his commands…vs 3 not burdensome…born of God has overcome the world vs 4…vs 7…three testify: the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are inagreement…God’s testimony is greater…testimony in his heart…does not believe…liar..vs 11 God’s testimony on his Son..has the Son has life.. does not have the Son of God does not have life.

Controlled vs be free

Psalm 32:9…like the horse or the mule… no understanding…must be controlled by bit and bridle…vs 10…the Lord’s unfailing love surrounds the man who trusts in him.

Th: be free from sins through Jesus Christ..a ransomed heart…a heart comes alive with the help and power of the Holy Spirit.

Love one another

We are commanded to do so, and to be a true disciples of Christ. 1 John 4. There is no fear in love But perfect love drives out fear…vs 18. Whoever loves God must also love his brother vs 21.

Follow God’s example- 1 John 4:9-11…God showed us His love..sent His one and only Son into the world that we might live through him….he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

12. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

Test the Spirits

Test the spirits..recognise the spirit…for Christ vs antichrist..the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world 1 John 4:4.

Those in the world..the world listens to them..those belongs to God…Spirit of truth..the world does not listen to those from God..1 John 4:4-6.
