Further reveals the character of God-gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love….vs 8
…his greatness no-one can fathom vs 3.
….glorious splendour of your majesty vs 5.
…everlasting kingdom, …dominion endures all generation vs 13
…faithful to all his promises vs 13
…upholds all those who fall vs 14.
…and so much more.
TH: the text in this chapter is so condensed and rich.
Prayer (PR)-5 senses to experience God’s presence. 5 senses are 1. sight (His creation), 2.taste (like honey in the rock), 3. hears (His still voice), 4. touch (the flowers, the animal softness like a cat), fellow human being-His creation, 5. smell (the food and herbs He gave us to enjoy).

Gave reasons to trust in God…mighty to save…mortal men…cannot save vs 3.
vs 5-7 Blessed…whose help is the God of Jacob…
5. Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD their God.
6. He is the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them he remains faithful forever.
7. He upholds the cause of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets prisoners free,
